Straight Stitch Foot

The straight stitch foot is a presser foot for sewing machine which is specifically designed for sewing straight stitches. Its primary function is to guide the fabric to produce accurate straight stitches. The foot is designed with a small, rounded needle opening that provides extra support to fabrics and prevents it from being pulled into feed dogs or causing skipped stitches. The elongated toe on the left side of the foot can also be used for edge stitching. This pressure foot is particularly useful for delicate fabrics like silk or chiffon to heavy fabrics like denim or canvas where a standard foot can be inconvenient.
